Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mushira Official. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Ready to Wear / In-Stock Items: Normal delivery time takes 6 to 10 days (including processing and shipping).
  • Customized / Made-to-Order Items: Takes 12 to 15 days as it requires additional time for tailoring and craftsmanship.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons (Eid, weddings, etc.).

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available only in Karachi.
  • For all other cities across Pakistan, advance payment is required.

3. Payment Options for Non-COD Orders (coming  soon)

  • EasyPaisa
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Card Payment

4. Advance Payment

  • We require 50% advance payment for all customized orders.
  • Full or partial advance payment may also be required for orders above a certain budget limit.

5. Shipping Method

  • All orders are dispatched through reliable third-party courier services.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or issues during transit.
  • A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or Email after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a valid contact number. We will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Order Issues & Support

If there are any complications or issues with your order, we are happy to help you resolve them as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel.
