Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide the highest quality products with excellent craftsmanship. Due to the tailor-made and custom nature of our garments, we have a strict return, exchange, and refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund or Exchange Policy

Because all our products are made-to-order and tailor-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Size Issues

If the size you receive does not match the size you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency (subject to stock availability and alteration feasibility).

3. Customized Orders

  • All customized orders require a 50% advance payment to proceed.
  • Once the advance is received and production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

4. Delivery & Shipping Responsibility

  • All orders are dispatched through third-party courier services.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
  • Normal delivery time is 8 to 10 days. Customized orders may take 12 to 15 days.

5. Payment Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Karachi.
  • For other cities, full or partial advance payment is required via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
